• Work directly with homeowners and building owners being friendly, approachable, and a good communicator

• Careful observation to establish the root cause of problems in mechanical systems

• Perform maintenance and service to HVAC & hot water heaters

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years HVAC experience

• EPA Refrigeration or Section 608 Technician Certification

• N.A.T.E Certification (not required but a HUGE PLUS)

• Valid Driver’s License

• Clean driving record

• Pass drug screen

• Pass background check

• Must be able to lift, twist, bend, and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must have reliable phone to communicate to the office
